Once repairs have been made, we’ll start to prep the surface of the concrete. We prep the surface using a floor grinder fitted with a diamond grinding wheel to grind out any minor blemishes and ensure proper adhesion of the epoxy to the concrete. With surface prep finished, we can mix and pour the epoxy resin. Several layers will be poured to reach the desired thickness, and we’ll finish it with a clear epoxy topcoat. After the epoxy is installed, it’ll need some time to cure. Your warehouse epoxy will be fully cured and ready to use after 72 hours.
